Nothing is added to these. The colour is whatever the fleece was, blended to a consistent shade and spun. Held side by side, two batches will never match exactly, and that is the point of them.
Undyed wool suits rooms with a lot of natural light and a lot of texture elsewhere — timber, stone, linen. It is also the most forgiving carpet in the range for dust.
